These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for future reference.

  1. Promoter

  2. The Administrator

    Umbrella Risk Management Limited, Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS. (please do not send any correspondence to this address) (“Administrator”)

  3. Eligibility

    Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over. The following are excluded from entry:

    1. Employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, agents, or suppliers, including employees of the NFL Entities are not eligible to enter this promotion. NFL Entities means the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL International Licensing, Inc., NFL International Limited, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, direct and indirect shareholders (and their direct and indirect subsidiaries), officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees.
    2. Anyone professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
    3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

  4. Promotion Period

    The promotion opens at 00:00 on 12th January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

  5. How to Enter - United Kingdom Residents

    1. Purchase a qualifying Nerds products pack as per clause (6) during the Promotion Period.
    2. Scan the QR code on promotional materials or visit www.winwithnerds.com.
    3. Enter your details as prompted and upload an image of the back of the promotional pack and find out if you have won.

  6. Entry Restrictions

    1. One entry per promotional pack and Max 2 Per week in total.
    2. Maximum of one prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.
    3. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.
    4. Automated or bulk entries, third-party entries, or entries from agents will not be accepted.
    5. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

  7. Qualifying packs

  8. Prizes

    1. Number of Prizes: 100 x £150 NFL Shop e-vouchers.
    2. Prize Details: Each winner of this prize will receive a £150 NFL store e-voucher valid until 11.01.2027. The NFL store e-voucher can only be redeemed at https://europe2.nflshop.com/en/. The voucher is single-use, and the full value must be redeemed in one transaction. Any remaining value not used within a single transaction will be lost.
    3. Total prize value per winner: £150
    4. The e-voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Please check here to review these.

  9. Winner Selection

    1. Winners will be selected at random via pre-determined winning moments throughout the Promotion Period.
    2. Each winning moment corresponds to the first valid entry submitted after the randomly allocated time.
    3. In the event a prize is unclaimed, or a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

  10. Winner Notification

    1. Winners will be first notified on screen after entering their details into the website, but winners will be subject validation.
    2. Winners also will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of their entry being validated.

  11. Claim Requirements

    Winners may be asked to retain the original promotional pack as proof of purchase.

  12. Prize Fulfilment

    The winners will receive their voucher via email or text after their win has been validated.

  13. General Terms

    1. The Winner must submit their prize claim using their legal name. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise do not meet these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
    4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
      • Delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
      • Loss or damage arising from the promotion or the use of the prize.
    5. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time for reasons outside its control.

  14. Publicity

    1. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter via email with the subject title 8573 UK Nerds NFL 2026 at info@winners-list.com. In these circumstances, the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
    2. Winners can request reduced information disclosure by contacting the Promoter at info@winners-list.com.

  15. Privacy Notice

    1. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared or used for other purposes without the participant’s consent.

  16. Liability

    1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion, except where this is caused by its negligence.
    2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
    3. The NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
    4. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.

  17. Verification

    1. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and disqualify any participant who fails to provide such proof.

  18. Governing Law

    This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
