Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for future reference.

  1. Promoter

    Ferrara Candy Company, UK. 74-78 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, AL1 3XH (please do not send any correspondence to this address). (“Promoter”)

  2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over. The following are excluded from entry:

    1. Employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, agents, or suppliers.
    2. Anyone professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
    3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

  1. Promotion Period

    The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1st July 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15 Sep 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

  2. How to Enter

    1. Purchase any qualifying pack of Nerds products during the Promotion Period.
    2. Scan the QR code on promotional materials or visit www.winwithnerds.com.
    3. Enter your details as prompted and upload an image of the back of the promotional pack to determine if you have won.

  1. Entry Restrictions

    1. One entry per promotional pack for UK participants.
    2. Maximum of one prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.
    3. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.
    4. Automated or bulk entries, third-party entries, or entries from agents will not be accepted.
    5. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or ineligible (e.g., non-promotional packs) will be disqualified.

    EACH PAIR INCLUDES:

      • Return flights for 2 people to winners' choice of European city. Choices include; Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Lisbon & Prague
      • Travel allowance for return transfers from the airport to the hotel
      • 2 Nights' accommodation at a 4-star hotel in winners chosen European city
      • Breakfast for 2 people in the hotel restaurant each morning

      1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes Summer holidays 18th July – 1st September 2025 & 2026, 24th October – 2nd November 2025, the Christmas holiday period 15th December - 5th January 2025, Valentine’s Day/weekend 13th-15th February 2026, Easter weekend 3rd – 6th April 2026 and all other national holiday weekends in the UK and chosen destination country. Choice of cities include: Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Lisbon & Prague.

      2. Your travel allowance for return transfers from the airport to the hotel will be provided in the form of £100 spending money to pay for the taxi’s locally in your chosen European city. Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days

      3. Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges but doesn’t include any checked in luggage. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to chosen city. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.

      4. Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreigntravel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering chosen European country and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations.

      5. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out.

      6. Customer should treat Ticketmaster e-gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. E-gift card will expire after 12 months. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. Card can be redeemed online only.       7. In the event that the gig date is changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances after travel arrangements have been booked, NDL will not be responsible for rebooking travel. Any additional travel costs incurred as a result of such changes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for previously booked travel expenses.

      8. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £24.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.

      9. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

      10. £300 Spending Money: If you provide all necessary details via the method directed by 4pm of the day that you enter the Promotion, we will aim to initiate the transfer of funds on the same day, in our discretion, otherwise will aim to do so on the following working day. If you provide your details on any other day, we will aim to initiate the transfer of funds the next working day after those details are received by us.

    Tier 2 – 488 X Nerds Branded Bum bags

  1. Winner Selection

    1. Winners will be selected at random via pre-determined winning moments throughout the Promotion Period.

    2. Each winning moment corresponds to the first valid entry submitted after the randomly allocated time.

    3. In the event a prize is unclaimed, or a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

  2. Winner Notification

    1. After seeing the on-screen notification, Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of their entry being validated to provide the necessary details.

    2. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification with the requested information, including proof of purchase. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification.

    3. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, they must notify the Promoter within the 14-day period.

  3. Claim Requirements

    UK winners may be asked to retain the original promotional pack as proof of purchase.

  4. Prize Fulfilment

    Tier 1- 6 x European Getaway

    1. If the winner provides all the details required via the claim from within 14 days of receiving the notification. The prize fulfilment team will contact the winner to collect bank details and confirm all the preferred dates of travel.

    2. Travel allowances will be issued via BACS transfer. They will be required to provide their original itemised till receipt, full name, date of birth, and postal address (including postcode). Winners residing in the UK will have their prize awarded via BACS. Winners must provide their UK bank account number and sort code, number. Bank details supplied must be in the winner's name.

    Tier 2 – 488 X Nerds Branded Bum bags

    1. If the winner confirms all the details required via the claim from within 14 days of receiving the notification, the prize will be dispatched to the provided address within 28 days of the claim being made.

  1. General Terms

    1. The Winner must submit their prize claim using their legal name. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise do not meet these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

    4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

      • Delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
      • Loss or damage arising from the promotion or the use of the prize.

    5. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time for reasons outside its control.

  2. Publicity

    1. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter via email with the subject title 8492 Nerds Summer 2025 at info@winners-list.com. In these circumstances, the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

    2. Winners can request reduced information disclosure by contacting the Promoter.

  3. Privacy Notice

    1. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared or used for other purposes without the participant’s consent.

  4. Liability

    1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion, except where caused by its negligence.

    2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

  5. Verification

    1. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and disqualify any participant who fails to provide such proof.

  6. Governing Law

    This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
