These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for future reference.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI), aged 18 years or over. The following are excluded from entry:

Employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, agents, or suppliers
Anyone professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 00:01 on 24th January 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 21st March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

United Kingdom Residents:

Purchase a qualifying Nerds Gummy Clusters pack as per clause (6) during the Promotion Period.
Scan the QR code on promotional materials or visit www.winwithnerds.com
Enter your details as prompted and upload an image of the back of the promotional pack and find out if you have won.

Republic of Ireland Residents:

No purchase necessary
Visit www.winwithnerds.com and follow the instructions to enter

Entry Restrictions

One entry per promotional pack for UK participants.
Maximum of one prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.
Automated or bulk entries, third-party entries, or entries from agents will not be accepted.
Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or ineligible (e.g., non-promotional packs) will be disqualified.

Prizes

Number of Prizes: 20 winners will each receive an NFL London Game ticket package

Prize Details: Each package includes:

2 tickets to one NFL London game (value £100 each)
£500 travel allowance per winner (paid via bank transfer)

Total prize value per winner: £700

The specific NFL London game tickets will be determined by the Promoter and are subject to availability. The exact date, time and teams that are playing is expected to be announced in May 2025

Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the event provider, which will be shared after the winner accepts the prize

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random via pre-determined winning moments throughout the Promotion Period.
Each winning moment corresponds to the first valid entry submitted after the randomly allocated time.
In the event a prize is unclaimed, or a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

Notification

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of their entry being validated.
Winners must respond within 14 days of notification with the requested information, including proof of purchase (for UK residents). Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification.
If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, they must notify the Promoter within the 14-day period.

Claim Requirements

UK winners may be asked to retain the original promotional pack as proof of purchase.
ROI winners may be required to provide additional verification details, as deemed necessary by the Promoter.

Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be distributed after the winner providing all required information and confirmation of Event dates.
The £500 Travel allowances will be issued in full via BACS transfer to a UK or ROI (Euro equivalent) bank account. The funds will be transferred to the winners 30 days prior to the game date communicated. Winners are required to provide full name, date of birth, bank details and the name of the county they reside in. Winners residing in the UK will have their prize awarded via BACS. UK winners must provide their UK bank account number and sort code, and winners residing in the ROI will be required to provide their bank account IBAN number. Bank details supplied must be in the winner's name.

General Terms

The Winner must submit their prize claim using their legal name. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise do not meet these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

Delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
Loss or damage arising from the promotion or the use of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time for reasons outside its control.

Publicity

By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter via email with the subject title 8413 Nerds NFL 2025 at info@winners-list.com. In these circumstances, the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Winners can request reduced information disclosure by contacting the Promoter.

Privacy Notice

Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared or used for other purposes without the participant’s consent.

Liability

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion, except where caused by its negligence.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

Verification

All entries and prize claims are subject to verification.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and disqualify any participant who fails to provide such proof.

Publicity

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

What are the prizes?

There are 20 NFL London Game ticket packages to be won. Each package includes:

2 tickets to an NFL London game (each ticket valued at £100)
£500 travel allowance (paid via bank transfer)

How are the winners selected?

Winners are selected via random winning moments throughout the promotion period. The first valid entry submitted after each winning moment will be awarded a prize.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of their entry being validated.

How do I claim my prize?

Winners must:

Provide proof of purchase (UK) or required verification details (ROI).
Submit bank details for the £500 travel allowance (e.g., UK sort code and account number, or ROI IBAN).

When will I receive my prize?

Once your details are verified, the tickets and travel allowance will be issued. The £500 travel funds will be transferred 14 days before the game date.

Do I need to keep my promotional pack?

Yes, UK participants should keep their qualifying promotional pack as proof of purchase may be required to claim a prize.

What if I don’t want my name shared publicly as a winner?

Winners can request reduced information disclosure (e.g., surname and county) by contacting the Promoter at info@winner-list.com.
